NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF ANSLEY, NEBRASKA
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Ansley will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Auditorium of the Village of Ansley, the purpose of which is to hear public comments on extending the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) from ½ mile to 1 mile as allowed per Nebraska State Statute 17-1001 for the Village of Ansley, in strict accordance with Nebraska Law.
