INFORMATION FOR ANSLEY UTILITY CUSTOMERS – We want to bring to your attention the fact that all Ansley utility bills will now be going to the Omaha processing center instead of being hand cancelled locally. We are not sure how long this processing will take – bills may be back the next day, it may be 2- 3 days or possibly longer. The Village will be sending out bills earlier than we did previously in the hope you will receive them on or before the 1st day of the month. If you haven’t received the bill by the 2nd or 3rd day of the month, or if it is damaged and unreadable (since postcards aren’t very sturdy), you should call the office for the amount due. We can print another copy for you to pick up.

We mailed the April 1st bills on March 28th and several bills ended up in the Anselmo post office on Thursday, March 30th. Those bills will have to go back to Omaha and redirected to Ansley, so some of your bills will be delayed.

We would encourage you to sign up for your bill to be emailed if possible. This will be more reliable and timely. We have an email form you can complete if you want to receive your bill(s) in this format. We also offer ACH payments at no charge to the customer. We have a form you can complete with your banking information and the bill is automatically paid for you between the 3rd and 5th day of each month with the deduction from your bank account. Please call the office (935-1467) if you have any questions about the changes, payment and email options, or don’t receive your utility bill.

Thank you!
