Heath Board Committee

NOTICE TO ANSLEY RESIDENTS: The Ansley Village Board has a Health Board Committee that consists of current Village Board members Chris Hogg, Trenton Fecht, Rob Henry, and newly approved non-board member Jeanne Rapp. The purpose of this committee is to make sure that village residents comply with the Ansley Village ordinances. Effective June 26, 2023, Jeanne Rapp has completed training that is required by State Statute. She will be contacting Ansley residents for ordinance compliance with the following issues including but not limited to the following: nuisance conditions on properties, dog licensing, dogs barking and/or running at large, unlicensed or abandoned/ inoperable vehicles, and mowing conditions. Jeanne may call or stop by your residence to discuss compliance with current ordinances. She also has the option to issue warnings and citations to those who do not comply timely.

Non-compliance with Village ordinances has been an ongoing problem for some time now. Enforcement of these ordinances has also been an issue. The Village Board would like to put some focus on cleaning up our community to attract new residents and businesses to Ansley.
