• Item #3:  Dis/Dec – Adopt Ordinance #569, the annual appropriations bill, under suspension of rules proceedings
• Item #4:  PUBLIC HEARING for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax levy request for FY 2026-2027
• Item #5:  Dis/Dec – Adopt Resolution #06-2026 to approve the final tax levy request for 2026-2027
• Item #6:  Waive reading and approve August regular meeting minutes and special meeting minutes
• Item #7:  Department Head and Chairperson Reports
• Item #8:  Dis/Dec to accept proposal on IT Support
• Item #9:  Dis/Dec to accept proposal on Electrical Rate Study from JK Energy Consulting
• Item #10: Dis/Dec to send past due accounts to collections
• Item #11: Dis/Dec to put signs up at playground at Anlsey Park that “No Dogs Allowed”
• Item #12: Claims Approval

The Board reserves the right to go into closed session at any time to protect the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.
